1. Health & Safety
For the protection of both clients and staff, we reserve the right to decline services to individuals with suspected fungal infections, open wounds, or other health conditions that may pose risks.
2. Care for Diabetic Clients
Clients with diabetes are requested to inform us at the time of booking. For health and safety reasons, we do not perform cuticle cutting on diabetic clients.
3. Spa Chair Usage
Our spa chairs are designed to safely support up to 250 lbs (113 kg). Exceeding this limit may result in equipment damage or safety hazards.
4. Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Should you be unhappy with the colour or shape of your nails, complimentary adjustments are available within 3 days of your appointment.
Please note: refunds cannot be provided once a service has been completed.
5. Appointment Timeliness
To respect the schedules of all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled if arrival is more than 15 minutes late.
6. Promotions & Discounts
All promotional offers are subject to stated conditions and are valid only within the specified timeframes.
7. Child Safety Policy
Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to receive services. We kindly request that parents arrange childcare or supervision during their appointments.
8. Personal Belongings
Please safeguard your personal items, including phones, purses, and jewellery. The salon is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.
9. Salon Etiquette
We aim to maintain a calm and respectful environment. We ask all clients to:
Keep mobile devices on silent or vibrate.
Speak in a low tone.
Use headphones for calls or music.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves disruptively or disrespectfully.
10. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in full at the time of your appointment. Failure to make payment may result in formal action.
